Yukon Offers a Low Cost of Doing Business
Oklahoma has some of the lowest tax rates and strongest incentive programs in the country. Companies can choose between cash incentives or tax credits, and in many cases qualify for both.
Yukon builds on that advantage with a clear, flexible incentive policy supporting job creation, private investment, and community impact.
Projects may qualify for sales tax rebates, TIF, infrastructure help, land deals, or low-interest loans, plus access to the state’s Quality Jobs Program, which can return up to 5% of new payroll as quarterly cash payments for up to 10 years. Incentives are pay-as-you-go, capped at 10 years, and require City Council approval.
